Financial Statement

The Company is a mineral resources exploration company involved in the acquisition of interests in mining properties, and in their exploration. Currently, the Company's activities in the mineral resources sector do not generate any revenue from mineral production, and the Company has had no such revenue during any of the above periods.

Ordinary shares of Puma Exploration are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and are traded under the symbol PUM. The Company is a reporting issuer in the provinces of Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.
