Marcel Robillard is a geologist and a 1993 graduate of Université du Québec in Montreal. He also earned a master’s degree in earth sciences in 1995. From 1998 to 2007, he was project geologist and project manager for Géominex, a geology and exploration consulting company where he became president in 2007. Since September 2010, he is president and CEO of Puma Exploration (PUM-TSX-V).
Andre Proulx, M.A. Chairman and Director
André Proulx is a graduate of Université Laval with a master’s degree in ethnology (1974). He has several years of experience in managing mining and oil exploration companies. Since 2002, he has been a member of the board of directors, president, and chief executive officer of Pétrolia Inc. (PEA-TSX-V). Since 2003, he has been a member of the board of directors of Puma Exploration (PUM-TSX-V) and was president and chief executive officer until 2010. Since 1994, he has been a member of the board of directors of Ressources Appalaches inc. (APP-TSX-V) and was president and chief executive officer until 2010. From 1994 to 2000, he was president of Géominex Inc., a consulting firm in the sector of mineral exploration geology.
Richard Thibault Director
Richard Thibault has a B.Sc. (Mining Engineering) from Queen's University of Canada (1978). He worked as a mining engineer with over 32 years of experience in engineering, operations, management and consulting in North and South America and is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Antioquia Gold Inc. (AGD-V) a publicly traded company with mining interests in Colombia. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Thibault worked in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Venezuela. While based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he held the position of President of High American Gold Inc., a publicly traded junior mining company, and Managing Director of Procesadora de Boratos Argentinos S.A. (PBA), a private industrial mineral company. In Santiago, Chile he was General Manager of the consulting firm BGC-AVOT Engineering Inc. In 2006/07, he held the position of Vice President, Minerals, at Daleco Resources Corp., a United States-based, publicly traded company. Before moving to South America, he worked for the canadian company, Fording Coal Ltd., in progressively responsible positions. He also serves as a director of the publicly traded company Argentex Mining Corporation (ATX-V).
Anne Slivitzky, Geo. Director
Anne Slivitzky was president of Maudore Minerals Ltd. from April 1998 to August 2004. Since then, she has continued to act as a board member of the Corporation and also of other public companies. Ms. Slivitzky has degrees in geology and project management. From April 2008 to December 2008, she was coordinator of business development for A2EP/Roche in New Caledonia. In January 2009, she resumed her appointment as General Manager of the Percan project in Peru for the Roche-Golder ACCC consortium which she had held from September 2004 to April 2008. Ms. Slivitzky was a member of the Montreal advisory committee of the TSV-V Exchange from 2002 to 2004, was president and director of the Association de l’Exploration Minière du Québec from 2000 to 2004 and director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada from 2000 to 2008, for which she has worked on different files relating to financial affairs of public companies.
Arness Cordick Director
Arness Cordick has been involved in the brokerage and finance industries for over 25 years. Mr. Cordick has been independant Director of Strikepoint Gold Inc. (formerly Marum Resources Inc.) since August 1, 1995. Formerly, Mr. Cordick was a stockbroker with L.O.M. Western Securities Ltd. from 1980 to December 1989.
