History
Before July 15, 2003 the Company was a start-up venture capital company known as Hawkeye Ventures Inc.
Since July 15, 2003 the Company's activities have consisted of carrying out exploration work aimed at developing deposits of precious or other metals. Moreover, in the pursuit of its objectives, the Company has had a continuing policy of seeking various typical mining-industry agreements, such as acquisitions, option/purchase agreements for mining claims, and joint-venture agreements.
Since that time, the Company has focused its activities on the discovery of mineral deposits and ore bodies located outside the traditional mining camps. In the fall of 2005 the Company acquired two advanced-exploration mineral properties that had reached the stage of fill-in drilling. To serve its shareholders, the Company's Directors seek to develop mining properties that offer a high rate of economic return.
In 2007, the Company intends to concentrate its exploration activities in the Superior geologic province in Manitoba, and the Bathurst mining camp in New Brunswick.
